Denise hair

Went to Denise for a Dye and a twist out, only for my hair to turn out dry and brittle. The first thing that went wrong was my hair was red instead of copper, so I gave her the opportunity to change it and add more color, only for parts of my hair to be bright Orange (luckily it was hidden in the middle). My roots weren’t left brown like I asked about 3 inches of my hair was and there was still dye in my hair that got on my pillows and washed out in a sink by another hairstylist. When asked about a refund or for another treatment I was told to come in Sunday then blocked. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for dyeing.

Understand me when I tell y'all that Kewonia and her staff never disappoint. I never leave this salon disappointed or go in worried as to whether my hair will look good. Each stylist is a professional and provide the needs of their clients. Thanks ladies and gent for what y'all do to make us feel great about ourselves!

If I could give it a zero stars I would. I got a color treatment and extensions and the owner chemically burned my hair off. She tried to call me a liar and say it was like that before I come in and I showed her pics before and you can tell my hair was longer and healthy. When I I contacted her a day later for a refund she turned it all about the money and said if I couldn’t afford it then I shouldn’t of gotten it. Then she blocked me from responding to her. It was definitely not about the money as I have spent way more than what she charged on hair before. I just felt the damage to my hair was not worth the money I paid for it. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will have to have treatments on my hair to restore its health again. Would not ever go back.

My favorite salon for myself & my daughter. Kewonia has taken great care of my hair and I have never been disappointed. Denise always does a great job of styling & the maintenance of my daughter's hair.

Thank you Ms K Grimes for getting this natural hair under control. It is more manageable now I think I can deal with my hair again. You and Ms Denise are the greatest LOVE YALL!!
