I went here to get my nails done for my wedding in October. My mother in law called ahead, told them the situation and asked that that place me with the best artist there. When I got there I was placed with one of the many nail stylist (the only one available). I told her many times that the nails were too short and some were different lengths. I’m not usually one to complain I’m very soft spoken and I can usually deal with whatever but this was my wedding and it was 3 days before. I asked for a very simple design. Once the acrylic was applied and she started to shape them my nails began to hurt really bad from the drill and I let her know multiple times it was causing me pain. I was looking for a place last minute for my daughter and I and they were able to get us in and what I really loved is that they actually took me and my daughter at the same time and sat us next to each other. The two girls were so lovely and accommodating. I had a lovely conversation with the lady that did my nails and it was just overall was a great experience. My daughter's lady did two little ghost on her nails for Halloween even though we were just getting regular manicure and they looked awesome. My daughter was so happy and thankful. The place is very clean and really nice. Highly recommend.

Had a dip manicure done with Lena and had the worst experience. I asked for my natural nails to be kept long and she laughed and sighed as it seemed she was set on cutting my nails short the moment she saw how long my natural nails were. I then said she could just even them out so they were the same length but explained multiple times that I prefer them longer, she then proceeded to cut my nails completely down. I stopped her and said I would like tips on the ones she cut as she did not ask if the length was okay after the first nail. She again sighed and seemed frustrated I asked for tips on the nails she cut off. She then argued that instead of tips I have to cut my nails down. She also thinned my nails by burning them down with the filing drill still refusing to put tips on. Not to ment

I’ve been here 4x and since then I’ve tried to go 3 other times. They claim to talk walk ins but today for the 3rd time they can not accommodate a walk in. The lady told me “we don’t bump people whom already made appointments”. As if I was wrong for not making an appointment when why would I have to do that when they claim that they take walk-ins. She was very rude and I did not appreciate her attitude especially because I live five minutes away and this was my nail salon of choice. Since they couldn’t accommodate the last three times I found a new place which is about 20 minutes from my house but they do do a way better job as I said this place is five minutes decided to stop by today and got the same story. They happily accepted to re-do my daughter’s nails after she wasn’t happy with the color and design done at first. She requested them to re-do them all and was very happy when they did; her nails were beautiful and got multiple compliments.
