Came in for a full set of acrylics. Mia did *exactly* what I asked for - which was to play around a little and see what the cat's eye polish can do. So if you don't like the art on my ring finger, just don't get it. I needed it for my experiment, and now I know. I am EXTREMELY happy with the service I got. As for other nifty things they can do here - they have dipping powder in a large variety of colors, chroming powders, cat's eye magnetic polishes, pedicures, waxing, and that's just what I saw. They have a lot of friendly and helpful workers, the facility was clean and organized, and my appointment both started and ended on time. I will absolutely be back. When people hear Hanover, everyone already has their own reservations, but you’d at least expect basic customer service, especially in this day and age. Instead, I ended up dealing with someone who must think she’s Tina Turner, because the attitude and performance were something else. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and politely asked to use my own personal tools for hygiene reasons. This is a completely normal request in many salons. The technician, “Tina,” responded by saying she “didn’t have time” for my request and that I was asking “too much.” Mind you, I had my AirPods in, wasn’t being picky, and wasn’t asking for anything unusual just to use my own tools. I went back to Deluxe Nails and Spa. Liz did my nails again and boy was she on it today! Today was a special day as I asked Liz to put on my finger the breast cancer symbol as I am a survivor of breast cancer. As I was sitting there getting my nails done a lady beside me overheard me say that I finally rang the bell I'm cancer free. She congratulated me then she got up and left after her nails were finished. I would say about maybe a few minutes later she came back in with some beautiful pink roses and gave them to me and said that I really touched her. I had no idea that not only is Deluxe Nails and Spa a place where I see my future manicures and pedicures LOL but, you get a chance to meet some awesome people too. I never got the lady's name but I hope she reads this because I want to say

Been going to deluxe nails since I was little. Recently went to them to get my nails done for my wedding. Charlie and the whole team did an amazing job as always! Will always recommend them to anyone!
