This business does not deserve even 1 star. I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for years and have spent thousands of dollars here. Unfortunately, I had the most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had with a nail technician named TOM. Sadly, this was not the first experience of mistreatment at this salon (the other I let it go), but today I reached my breaking point. From the beginning of my service, TOM had a clear attitude, rushed through the service, and was extremely rough. He then scolded me for not placing my hand fully under the dryer, which felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I was honestly shocked and appalled by my experience at this nail salon. I spent about an hour there getting my service done, and during that entire time I watched other customers check out at the register without any issues. However, when it was my turn to pay, the employee suddenly started breaking down the charges in detail and specifically asked me about leaving a tip at the register. I found this extremely uncomfortable because I had not seen them do this with a single other customer while I was there. It made me feel singled out in a way that was unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ve been going here for years, but I will NEVER go back. I went in today for a mani/pedi, and while walking from the pedicure chair to the manicure table, the technician accidentally knocked over a bottle of nail polish and it splattered all over my pants and most importantly all over my brand new Ugg boots that I bought last week. They immediately took my shoe off and rubbed it down with acetone while I tried to remove the polish from my pants. As much as I appreciated the help, I knew the damage was only being made worse by the acetone. I completely understand that this was an accident so I stayed calm and waited to see how they would handle checkout. I cannot recommend Hanna and Tom enough. Hanna was able to fit me in for an appointment very quickly and then I came in a few weeks later for my wedding nails, which Tom did exactly as I wanted them. Will absolutely be returning and highly recommend!
