Deluxe Nails

Not very happy with these, I was told on the phone that it would only take 20 minutes for a gel manicure and it took over 40, I originally wanted a sparkly light pink color and it looked nothing like the swatch and we tried 2 others that also looked nothing like the swatch so I just opted for a light pink without sparkle and it is see through and patchy. My nails aren’t even smoothly filled there are edges.

All the staff are very kind and friendly. Sue took such care of me for my pedicure. She offered me complimentary drinks, ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire time and was so gentle with my nails. The chairs offered massages. The basic pedicure service was SO relaxing with feet massages and warm towels and salt scrubs that smelled amazing. Highly recommend. Then, David did such a fabulous job on my French manicure set. He ensured the shape and style I wanted before he started on my nails. He was friendly and overall I am just so thankful for finding this place. Their pricing cant be beat in comparison to nearby salons. I will be back. Thank you Deluxe Nails

I have never been inclined to post a review but this place has disappointed me time and time again. When I first moved to Kyle a year ago I would come here all the time to get my nails done, but after multiple bad experiences I decided to go somewhere else. After about 9 months, I decided to give this place another shot. I asked for coffin shape and they were filed very poorly. Looked more rounded than coffin. The gel paint job (brown) was also poor. It was on my skin and on the underneath of my nails. I was in a rush to get to work, so I did not have her fix any of it. I called after I left and asked if I could come in and get them taken off and get a refund. The man on the phone said that they could take them off and have someone else redo the set. I appreciated that and came in the next

Done with this place. It's been 3 years since I've been here but my husband loves his pedicures from Jenny(the only reason for stars). But time and time again, they mess up my nails. Asked for an almond shaped, medium length full set. After asking her to fix the shape and crooked nail, this is the end result. A botched, uneven, poorly polished oval set. So frustrated but tired of asking for it to be fixed. The acrylic work is sloppy, the filing is uneven, and the shape is awful.

I came here on 07/05 with a scheduled appointment at 3:30, but no one got started on my nails until about 4:00-4:15. I’m not impatient, I sat there until I was given a tech. The man, David, who did my nails was nice at first but then got pretty aggressive with me verbally and physically. He kept claiming I was moving my hands and messing him up, but I was watching the entire time and was pretty focused on not moving. This made him hold my hands extremely tight which was not comfortable at all. He had the dremel pretty high which hurt quite a bit. When I went to wash my hands at the end I had multiple cuts around my nails, and my nail beds look very irritated and almost infected. I was pretty visibly uncomfortable and in pain while he was finishing but was still very rough with me even afte
