Great full experience today with Mandy! Today was my first time ever getting a facial that I so needed. Mandy was able to get all the dead skin, fine hairs, and brighten my face! She walked me through the after steps and a lot of valuable skincare information. Guys don’t be afraid to book with Mandy! It’s important to take care of your skin as you age; She was nice enough to give me samples that included a lip balm(SPF), a cleanser, sunscreen, and Glycolic and retinol solution and included pads. Mandy certainly made me into a loyal customer!

Mandy was such a sweet person. I was comfortable and cared for. I got the lash lift and tint. She was honest about how long it would last. And goos news, it lasted longer than she told me 🙌 my lashes looked great for 3.5-4 weeks before the tint began to fade. the lift lasted about 5 weeks. definitely recommend!

The energy was bad from the start when Mandy saw my service dog. She questioned me as if I was lying and said she got in trouble before because of a dog. That shouldn’t mean she ruins my facial and asks me to leave. My service dog did wimper and I let her know I needed her close to me. She said she didn’t want her studio getting fleas. Beyond rude and uncomfortable situation. After that she said we could continue but maybe if she was professional and told me her fears in a kind way I would want to continue. Fearful unwelcoming environment. The studio had a strong chemical smell and bad music. Not a relaxing welcoming environment

I have facials as often as possible. I appreciate the prompt communication and ease of scheduling. Mandy is very professional and creates a relaxed atmosphere. My skin looks so much smoother and healthier.Also I am very pleased with how clean my skin looks and I don’t feel uncomfortable anymore when I’m not wear makeup. I always look forward to my appointment. I absolutely recommend treating yourself to regular skin care services with Mandy at Pretty Tan. You will be glad you did! Laura
