Dellaria Salon

I recently brought my step daughter to Dellaria for a wash, dry and hair treatment. From the moment we entered untill the time we left, all staff were professional, courteous, and made the environment relaxing and comfortable. We were offered coffee, bottled water, and a nice place to sit. One thing that caught my attention was the staffs willingness to create a relaxing stress free environment for my step daughter. They asked her what music she liked to listen to and had Netflix and ect. Great place for anyone looking to receive professional hair treatment.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. On Tuesday, May 20, I went to Dellaria Salon in Shrewsbury for a balayage and brought a sample photo. The work looked nothing like what I asked for. The next day I went to get it fixed, and it was worse. It was unprofessional and poorly done. I'll attach photos of how it turned out. I paid a lot of money, $552 before tips. I didn't have time to try to get my hair done there again; why give them another chance to fix something they couldn't do the first two times? This is the best haircut I have had in a long time... Jan-Marie was courteous and professional. She took time to understand what I was looking for, what my personal style was (low maintenance daily but with the ability to style my hair for events). I love my haircut !

I recently moved to the area and I wanted to find a local salon for my usual cut and color. I saw Dellaria’s and the good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. My experience at the salon itself was great. My hairdresser was very sweet and professional, the salon was clean and up to date. However, I did not expect to pay almost $300 for a cut and color BEFORE TIP. I should have asked before I got it done but I never imagined it would be that expensive. I've been going to go Dellaria Salons for 10 years and always had a great experience. I have gotten numerous express Keratin Express treatments and they've been phenomenal each time. The stylists who work there are high quality and kind. Unfortunately recently I went to the Shrewsbury location for a keratin treatment. My stylist was doing a great job but some manager or senior stylists started micromanaging her and yelling her to use less product because "that stuff is expensive". (yes, I know it's expensive, that's why the treatment costs ~$250.) This other person starts trying to take over the treatment and insisting on using the smallest amount of product. Sure enough the treatment was ineffective and by 2 weeks you would never know if had the treatment done. Such a waste of money and
