Unfortunately, my experience here has gone downhill. The staff is often drinking and sitting on the sofa as if it were their own home, which feels very unprofessional. This behavior gives the business a bad reputation. There is a staff member named Oliver (or something similar) who stands out in a positive way—he is kind, attentive, and always asking customers if they need anything. He seems to be the only one consistently doing his job well. Customer service overall is lacking. The bathrooms are in poor condition: no toilet paper, no locks on the doors, and hair everywhere. The music is always extremely loud, making it difficult to bring children, especially when staff members are drinking. Good morning today I went to get a haircut here at the barbershop and I can say my guy did damn good work. Coming from one city to another to find someone to cut my hair after having a barber over 15 years this is my new spot to go to. Shoutout to the barber that hooked me up this morning much needed and I appreciate it. I will be back to get my cutz for now on. #Salute
