Great lash fill experience. Blindly made an online appointment for a full lash session. Was quoted and sent via email a total. Lash tech was incredibly professional, quick, and amazing. Wish she had shared with me about membership opportunities for better pricing. I’m not sure how I was quoted $99 for a full set of lashes and was charged $89 for a fill. I thought for sure fills would be less. I’d like to return, but I need to know prices before going. So, on my second visit, I became a member. I was so happy with my first fill lasting and looking great. That first appointment set the bar in my mind as to how my extensions should last. Well, today was my third visit, and I’m devastated. I have been getting my lashes done every two weeks him West Chester, Ohio. I have never canceled an appointment. I am traveling back to Ohio today and realize I am more than likely not going to be able to make my afternoon appointment as I am still at the Charlotte airport. I do the responsible thing and call them 2 minutes after they open. Mind you I can never seem to get a hold of someone who actually works at this location it’s always someone answering at a call center. She tells me I will be charged for the canceled appointment. I like for something totally out of my control? Then she tells me I will be charged more than I actually pay to have my lashes done because I didn’t book the appointment as a member. scheduled an eyebrow lamination and a lash lift. burnt my eyebrows to a crisp (you can still see the burn marks) and they cut all the length off and no results from a last lift after i paid $300 after tip! i have reached out countless times the past 3 weeks and still have not heard back from anyone! i don’t think the person was trained possibly. i’ve given many chances to make it right. we’re all human and mistakes happen, but it is evident they don’t care to make things right. i’m also attaching a picture from a different brow lamination i had recieved from a different salon, that is with no product in them whatsoever. completely different results.

Gabby does a wonderful job. I needed a quick fix while my girl was unable to get me squeezed in for a fill. She has a great personality and was incredibly easy to talk to. I really enjoyed my visit & seeing this goal driven professional lady. Thank you again, Gabby!
