Deka Lash

I'm new to Deka Lash. My tech was very sweet and accommodating, but my refill didn't last--I had major shedding by day 3, and by one week most of the lashes were gone. I reached out to have more added, not a full redo, but I was told the have a 5day policy which I wasn't aware of their 5-day policy. If I had been informed, I would have returned sooner. They didn't even attempt to make it right. This was a waste of my time and money. Will not ever return!

It was such a relaxing treat to get my eyelashes tinted at Deka Lash on my birthday! Everyone was so nice, the salon was so beautiful, and my crazy sensitive eyes didn't have any bad reactions to the treatment! I think brown dye could have looked more natural against my pasty skin, but it was such a fun experience for summer when putting on makeup feels completely pointless. I've accepted my blank face, but I sure feel spoiled with these black lashes for the month!

Tatiana is absolutely incredible! I can't say enough good things about her. From the moment I met her, she was so warm and personable. Emma performed a miracle on my lashes. I’ve been a picker for years so I don’t have the normal amount of lashes. I was going to another place and the lashes were falling off. I thought it might be that my lashes are weak or that their glue wasn’t working. I decided to try DekaLash and Emma covered all of my gaps with fans and my lashes are full and fluffy. The glue is definitely working as I haven’t lost any yet. Additionally, Emma couldn’t have been more sweet; she was lovely. Thank you Emma!!!

It was my first time getting my lashes done and my tech did an amazing job! She was very friendly, listened to what I was looking for (with my very vague explanation since I knew nothing) and was able to make recommendations that were exactly what I was looking for. It took a little over an hour and I almost fell asleep a couple times because it’s so calming.
