Deka Lash

Having been a client for over a year, my experiences have generally been satisfactory. Initially, I was transferred between lash techs which I didn't mind as I was new to lash extensions. However, as time passed, I developed preferences for certain lash techs, all of whom have unexpectedly departed. The most recent lash tech, whom I particularly liked, left without any explanation on Monday, September 8th. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed of her departure. While the service itself was pleasant, the outcome was less so. My lashes began falling out excessively, and my eyelids became irritated and itchy. Although the itching subsided after a few days, the lash shedding continued, and it persists to this day.

My visit to Deka Lash was one of the worst beauty experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped in, I felt uneasy. There was no one at the front desk to greet me, and the technician seemed inexperienced and disorganized. She didn’t ask about my lash preferences, and during the service, it became clear she didn’t know what she was doing. The final result was heartbreaking. My lashes were uneven, clumpy, and looked like a failed attempt at DIY extensions. By the next morning, they started falling out, and within a week, I developed an eye infection due to the poor application and burning glue. While I received a partial refund, the gratuity was not reimbursed, and my follow-up messages have gone unanswered. The lack of professionalism and the harm caused to my eyes are beyond unacce

I started doing my lashes about a year ago and I have to say, it’s Such a game changer for special events. I feel like such a queen every time I leave Deka Lash. being a very busy person, I appreciate the opportunity to lay back, relax, and be pampered. The facility is super clean, and all of the technicians are very professional and engaging. they have a variety of different lash types and other services as well. You are committing to your game and add some To your life, I highly recommend this place. Enjoy!

The studio is gorgeous, and kept up. However, I've only been there once for eyelash extensions, and didn't feel a warm welcome when walking in. Almost felt like the staff didn't want to be there. They also seemed inexperienced, and didn't ask questions about anything. Typically when a customer comes in, you confirm if what they booked online was accurate, make sure they are getting exactly what they want etc.....just seems like they need more training on the customer service side of things. Thanks anyway!

Had my appointment with Jasmine! She was great. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and it’s very uncomfortable to lay flat so long, I was so jittery and moving a ton and she was so understanding! She helped me prop up my back with a blanket and definitely kept her patience during the application. She did amazing and I love love love my lashes I’ve gotten so many compliments 🤍 will be coming back for sure!
