Deka Lash - Lakewood Ranch

Extremely disappointed at my lash lift appointment today. $80 for a couple of my lashes to be curled. My appointment was supposed to be for one hour, only lasted 45 minutes which included the set up. I recommend going to Lash Boutique near 64 and Publix. A little pricier but my lashes were actually lifted there and that is where I will return. Management- please reach out for photo proof and to refund me fully for my experience. Absolutely ridiculous to spend that much and have my lashes look the exact same after the appointment.

I’ve been a loyal client here for over a year. I book my appointments two weeks in advance, never miss them, and I’m always on time. Today, I woke up extremely ill with flu-like symptoms, including fever and stomach issues, and others in my household are sick as well. I called as soon as I woke up-not to cancel, but simply to move my appointment so I could see a doctor and avoid getting my lash tech sick. I was told they would not waive any fees. This is especially frustrating because I pay a monthly subscription, meaning the service is already paid for. Despite explaining that I was very sick, the staff was completely unhelpful. On top of this, there are frequent surprise upcharges, even for members on a subscription. I would not recommend signing up for lash services here.

I had never had lashes before, but I decided to try it out. I booked with Deka, and was taken care of! I have been 2 times now and I signed up for the subscription plan and it’s an amazing deal! Definitely recommend!

This was my first time going to Deka Lash, I needed a refill. The Lash artist was very nice and did a great job! I however subtracted a star because when i was checking out, instead of her turning the screen around to face me so I could see it and put in an added tip or not and tap my credit card myself, she put me on blast in front of the entire lobby and asked me aloud if I wanted to add a gratuity?? For that I said: "NO!!". Most places will turn the screen towards you so you can handle your business in private, I guess this place doesn't or maybe it's just her that doesn't. It didnt deter me from making a future appointment, but I will inform her in the future I wish to handle my checkout in private!

I choose the hybrid, yet after arriving and meeting my lash artist, she agreed I would be happier with Classic Full Set. I wanted them to look natural and they are perfect!
