seriously the best. ive seen Melissa for VBeam twice and Lacy once for Microneedling & they were both amazing so sweet, knowledgeable, gentle and professional. they made me feel completely comfortable & explained everything really well. you can really tell they care about their patients and the results they deliver. the girls helping assist like Maya & Amanda are also the sweetest & always so helpful with everything. the entire team truly goes above and beyond. i would absolutely recommend Arsenault Aesthetics to anyone looking for high quality treatments and a genuinely kind, reputable, professional team!
The entire staff was wonderful. Consciousness was on point. Nina was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge, communication through the entire procedure was so thoroughly detailed. Melissa's presentation was so well delivered. Eva's team was 2nd to none.

I received a survey text that I responded to. They responded offering to have me come back with Lacey for a 50$ discount. I responded telling them the condition of my skin and it’s been a few days since I’ve gotten a response back. I came in for a facial on December 23rd and want to start by saying the staff was kind and accommodating, especially since I hadn’t fully completed my booking. I really appreciated their willingness to still fit me in. There was some waiting while a room was prepared, and I ended up seeing a different aesthetician than originally planned due to the mistake I made during booking. Cassidy checked me in at the desk and performed my facial. During the facial, I was told that “some of the usual products weren’t available because they were in the other room”, and th
Amanda and Nina were absolutely fabulous. They really helped me pin point needed areas and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything is so natural. 10/10
