My first time getting lash extensions and Jessica was amazing! She walked me through the process and was so gentle. They look absolutely amazing and I’m so happy I got them done here. Will DEFINITELY be coming back!!

Omg when I tell you this place was and is the BEST I’ve been to. They’re super clean and Kierra was extremely professional. I explained to her that I had an allergic reaction to so many glues and I had already taken a patch test. Kierra recommended a glue and for the first time I’m comfortable in my lashes. This place is awesome! Great work and atmosphere was peaceful. I’m definitely gonna become a member

Booked a lash fill $70 est. Missed appointment for family emergency and forgot to call. Woke up to an email saying they charged me for 2 services and comped them for a total of $97 as a “cancellation fee” in promotion remarks. It’s one thing to put in the non-disclosure that you charge 70% of the service if late of cancelled. That I expected but to charge me $97 when my price of my service wasn’t even that much is outrageous and reflects shady business. Glad I actually didn’t come. But that will definitely be the last dime of my hard earned money this establishment will get.

Got a lash lift done here, and for the price, I pretty much paid to lay down for an hour. The lady who did my lashes was nice and I'm sure it wasn't her fault, but the "quick 3 step solution" they used because my lashes were not lifted AT all. Not even a slight curl, they were still pointing down! I've gotten lash lifts done multiple times at other locations and they've always come out with my lashes standing up; not sure why that wasn't the case here for a $85.99 service. Horrible! I had almost no lashes after having these done last Monday. I have never gotten my lashes done and they all started to fall out in a week. Shedding is normal but this is beyond it!Dont waste your money!
