DEFINED: Therapeutic Massage

I started coming to Jarrod because I am getting old and injured myself :) Not only did I walk out of that first appointment NOT limping, as I came in, he noticed my posture, and told me he could correct that. I was somewhat skeptical (and forever hopeful); but I remember when I was in grade school, and my father asking me to sit up straight and stop slouching... I've been like this my whole life...could he fix it? He did. He did! I work in the health care industry, and this time of year is so stressful with Medicare enrollments. This is when I think I get the greatest benefit from his services; relaxing the muscles of the body relaxes the mind as well, and overall wellbeing abounds. So glad I discovered Jarrod, and I will be a client of his until he retires!

When you talk about a person who is passionate about overall wellness, Jarrod is the man! Not only does that passion make him an excellent massage therapist, but it makes him an excellent ambassador of health and wellness. I have much respect for therapist who 'talk the talk and walk the walk'. Sadly, most doctors, nutritionists, physical therapist and massage therapist do not abide with the philosophy they preach. Jarrod eats clean, trains hard, and thinks positively! Jarrod is a good man to know!

I've known Jarrod for a while now. His love and enthusiasm for massage has taken him many places. Just check out all his accomplishments on the wall of his massage room. He truly wants you to be move, feel and be better. He's the guy you see when you want to get fixed. You are guaranteed to feel better after seeing him!

I went for my first appointment with Jerrod today. Before we started he went over my problems and goals with me and analyzed my posture. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He loosened up problem areas for me during the massage and helped me with recommendations for stretches I can do at home to help improve my posture and keep the muscles more loose in the future. I look forward to continuing to work with him.
