I have been going to this establishment for about 10 years. Never disappointed!!

I had nothing but wonderful experiences with deeply rooted hair salon and each stylist/ owner Kisha and Nora! I’m not a traditional client but I have only received great service and extreme professionalism from all that’s associate with this salon! If you want and need a stylist that will do wonderful work on your hair but also educate you on how to maintain your hair and care for your hair I recommend Deeply Rooted salon!

I specified what I wanted done to my hair to a lady who recently started working there. She told me "yes" and afterwards she decided to lecture me on what my hair was/wasn't like I was some child (in front of other customers) as if I offended her just by kindly asking. I paid $75 and gave a $5 tip yet I was totally lied to and still didn't get what "we both" specifed I wanted done. People know what they want done and the result of what their hair would look like especially when they're asking and paying for something in particular to be done to their hair. But people don't pay to be lied to. Very uncourteous and unprofessional.

The BEST loctician from VA to NY... The hair wash have me feeling like I'm in heaven... her style is just AWESOME all around the board.... I always feel like $1M bucks when I leave her shop... A++
