I've been seeing Zach Miller for years for massage therapy, and he has consistently helped me manage chronic hip and shoulder issues that stem from years of computer work and the physical demands of childbirth. His deep understanding of the body and intuitive approach always left me feeling better, more mobile, and more at ease. Recently, I tried his new offering—Neural Reset Therapy (NRT)—and I have to say: this works. It’s different from traditional massage. Zack Miller is a conscientious massage therapist and an amazing person. Before I met him I never thought I would ever feel pain relief. I have stiff muscles in my neck and back. Zack uses the Trigger Point Release NeuroMuscular Technique on me and continuously communicates to monitor the passing of the pain during the massage. I am truly grateful to Zack for helping me. I highly recommend him to anyone!

About a month and a half delayed, but my massage with Jacinta was one of the best I've had. The pressure was exactly right, and just one session was enough to relieve the headaches my neck and shoulders were causing. I will absolutely be back!

My boyfriend and I were staying at La tourelle and they were unable to accommodate our stay with massages(we booked last minute). Liz was super accommodating and was able to squeeze us in last minute with a couples massage. This was hands down the best massage we ever experienced. Super knowledgeable and asked us questions in detail to make sure it was just right. Loved the atmosphere super clean and had a serenity vibe to the place. We often get massages every week but this place blew us out of the water. We will be back for certain. Our biggest complaint is we didn't go for a longer time !!!! A must if you are looking for a relaxed massage!

I originally booked a massage with Zack to address tension and pain in my neck, shoulders, and knee. During the session, Zack suggested trying Neural Reset Therapy (NRT) — and I’m so glad he did. He was communicative the entire time, explaining what he was doing and checking in with me, and I felt cared for throughout the session. Within minutes of Zack performing resets on my muscles, I experienced significant and noticeable improvements — some of the tension I had been carrying for ages completely disappeared.
