This was hands down the best massage I have ever gotten. I am from Miami and was visiting Salt Lake City for the week, but I must have slept wrong because I could not move my neck. I looked at reviews for massages in the area and came across Deep Tissue Massage and Spa with great reviews. I booked for the same day. I booked with Donna May “Lady Earth Goddess” but I didn’t realize how lucky I got. Turns out she is a Reiki Therapist and she is INCREDIBLE at what she does. Within the first ten minutes of my massage, I could feel my body relaxing and going numb. I had never experienced that before and it was super refreshing. The rest of the massage was so relaxing after that, I was thrilled. When all was said and done, I felt SO MUCH BETTER than when I had walked in. I’m not one to talk muc

I had a Deep Tissue massage and it was amazing! Ariana has strong, healing hands and really knows how to get to sore muscles. The atmosphere is relaxing and private. The staff were excellent to work with. I'll definitely be back. Its not on their website but there is parking in back, just ask about it.

This is the only place that I go for massages anymore. There are a lot of things to love as long as you’re the type of person that wants deep tissue muscle work. I particularly enjoy the Fijian style massage where the therapist uses their feet to apply pressure. It sounds a little strange, but I feel like that for some reason it’s a lot easier to deal with the pressure of a deep tissue massage when the therapist is using their feet than when they use their hands. The other kinds of massages I’ve tried here (all were excellent): - Thai massage which is great when my muscles don’t need as intense of pressure. I still found it to be extremely effective but it uses stretching so it feels more gentle but I’m also a former dancer so stretching feels really good to me…you may fell differently

Stopped by a couple of years ago for shoulder pain issue that pain pills weren’t solving. Did 2 sessions👍they were able to fix my shoulder pain with massage and suction cups. The suction cups at first were intense, almost too painful, but necessary. 😅👍🙏after the first session, almost all my pain was solved. Did a follow up session to fully solve the shoulder pain. 👍once the shoulder pain was fully relieved I was finally able to fully extend my arm and move my neck around. I fully suggest massage for alternative to pain pills to fix bodily pains. Some things medicine can’t fix 😅👍🙏

Love this location! I’ve seen a few different therapists, and they all have been great in different ways. I’ve recently been booking with Donna, and she has been great! The energy she brings is amazing.
