I had the best experience getting my hair straightened by Katie! She was professional, knowledgeable, and took her time to make sure my hair came out absolutely perfect. She recommended great products for aftercare, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire appointment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing results and a stylist who truly cares about her clients.

It was my first time visiting the salon and it was a 10/10 experience. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and offered coffee. Kathy did my hair which had extensions and she was GREAT! She provided me with recommendations and treated my hair so delicately. My hair looks so good, it was fast, and the price was great, I will definitely be back!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I went in with long hair and left with it much shorter than I wanted. The stylist did not ask how many inches I wanted cut and proceeded without confirming, which resulted in a hairstyle I did not request but I requested for a bang and feel is outdated. I was also charged $83 for the service. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the outcome and would not recommend returning.

Being new to Orlando, and feeling like I needed a boost in my esteem after just having a baby not long ago, my hair really needed some love. I had an appointment at another Dominican Salon that unfortunately didn’t want to do my hair because of the texture of my hair. I’m black but my hair is fine and not thick so I was shocked and offended. After leaving that location my husband encouraged me to go elsewhere. I googled this salon and decided to give it a try. I walked in apprehensive , thinking I may be turned away again like the other place. Instead I was instantly greeted with a smile. The stylist gestured me to the washing station letting me know through her coworker there was nothing wrong with my hair and she’d be able to do it no Problem.
