DAZZLE NAILS SPA

This was by far the WORST gel set I've ever had. I should not be paying $90 for the entire nail polish to lift up and rip off 2 days after the appointment. I should've known it was not going to be good when every customer there kept complaining about their polish. #1 My gel polish came out SO bumpy. #2 The UV lamps are old and malfunctioning. I took my nails out to see visible brown burn spots, indentations and a glob of polish that had melted off. #3 The nail menu has beautifully pigmented colors/glitter but the actual color you end up with looks so light. It looks like cheap sheer kids nail polish. #4 On day 2, the Gel-x polish on my thumb completely lifted off. On day 6, another gel-x nail completely lifted off the nail. I recently moved here from NYC and was searching for a new salon in the area. I usually wait a few weeks before writing reviews so I can see how my nails hold up, and it’s now been a full month, and they still look INCREDIBLE. When they were first done, I genuinely felt they were the best nails I’ve had in years. Not every salon can nail a dip manicure (pun intended). On top of that, everyone who works at this salon is unbelievably kind and welcoming. I truly could not recommend it more.

UPDATE AUGUST 2025 - STILL INCREDIBLE!! Over a year later, and Dazzle Nails is still my go-to nail salon in Austin! Everyone is so friendly and the vibes are great. My girl Ivy does a phenomenal job!! She helps get the exact shape and color I’m looking for, and has helped me grow out my real, natural nails the past few months (no more tips!) which has been a goal of mine for years!! She’s also so sweet. 🥹 I got a pink dip manicure and gel pedicure with unicorn chrome today, and it’s immaculate!!
