Sarah has been a game changer for me and I am so grateful for her. She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and should honestly be teaching others how to do what she does. In addition, she has the kindest heart and listening ear. We have worked through all sorts of physical issues over the years and her skills also help with nervous system and immune dysfunction. Dayton Therapeutic Massage was fantastic! I had been suffering for about 3 days straight from a migraine. Sarah was able to help identify and ease some trigger points that were causing me issues. It has been two days and the pain is still gone. She also gave me great tips on stretches and exercises to help strengthen and prevent the problem going forward. Would highly recommend her!
