Paper itself may be a great paper but delivery service is horrible. None of my papers were ever delivered correctly. Some customer service reps are very rude. I spent more time on hold waiting to speak to customer service thsn I ever have anywhere. Getting a refund is almost impossible. Still waiting on the refund I was promised. Cancelled subscription a week after I signed up after several calls and chances for them to deliver correctly.

I started a 13 week daily subscription April 1 for $71.97 w a promotion I received in the mail. May 12 I was charged an additional $170.97 without authorization. I called customer service and they said it was a mistake and I would get a credit on my card in 2 weeks. May 27 I called since I didn't get a credit and they said they would not honor the original $71.97 promotion as it was a mistake and my cost was $71.97 plus the $170.97 for 17 weeks. Even though it was their mistake they refused to credit me $170.97 so I immediately cancelled and filed a dispute w the credit card company and Better Business Bureau. I am amazed they would not credit me when it was their fault.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. I'm usually a patient guy but this office, at least in my experience, was straight out of a sitcom. I signed up for 7 day a week deliveries and paid my first bill in December, yet no papers came. I called and i was assured that my complaint was lodged and the issue would be fixed. One month later, no papers, still. I called again and they promised to raise the complaint to the manager. one week later I am charged again. Keep in mind i haven't received a single paper to date. I was more than a little angry so I called again. This time I demanded my money back and wanted a complete cancellation of my subscription. The rep promised a full refund, to cancel autopay, and to give me 2 weeks of deliveries free in addition to his personnel guarantee tha

Will you or won't you get your paper today? Horrible delivery and customer service. Signed up for Sunday delivery and been a customer for a few years. Had a few missed deliveries when we lived in a apartment. Moved and have had about 7 or more in almost 2 years. Customer service is horrible. The uneducated people that work the customer service chat will end the chat, lie, and not care that you never get your news paper. You call and its the samething. Its a strange concept i guess to actually get something you pay for! And online you can report missed delivery and pick credit or redelivery. I've picked redelivery but never does it get redelivered. Absolutely ridicilious again !!last year I got subscription every day of week I love reading paper and having it in my hands the smell and the rustling of the oaper last year they charged my account twice and not on the day it was to be taken out they did it three weeks early trust broken one and caused all of my other bills to bounce not to mention late fees and overages one week later no response no return two months later no one calls me I. Person and I had to borrow the money to cover it no apologies no money was refunded I refused the charges fineally my bank took off the amounts withdrawn but the damage was already done I was embarrassed and never got back that three hundred dollars it cost me from the other checks bouncing truth is they were really small amounts for all of that dram
