I usually never leave reviews but this time I felt the urge to! I have never gotten my hair professionally cut except for at home haircuts. Jaylyn walked me through everything and made me feel so comfortable. She listened to my wants and concerns and wasn’t afraid to be honest. She did an amazing haircut, it was exactly what I asked for😄😄. 10/10 would recommend getting a haircut from Jaylyn. She’s so skilled and will be seeing her again😊😊!!

I had a beautiful haircut and glaze done by Jess S. I came in with a few inches of roots and wasn't initially intending to get a color done (due to financial reasons), only a cut. Jess noticed my roots and was kind enough to give me a generous discount on a black glaze because she wanted me to leave feeling confident with an even color. She is very personable and great to talk to, and my hair looks beautiful. It's not as dark as I would typically dye it, but for a spur of the moment service without a lot of processing time, it was extremely well done. I would definitely recommend Jess S! My eldest daughter took my youngest daughter ( 8 year old) to get her hair done here in April by Rosa. She did a good job and after the appointment she got a coupon card that was 50% off. Since school is starting my eldest and I took my youngest back here since we had the coupon and we liked how Rosa did her hair. When we walked in the two ladies at the front completely ignored us and we weren’t taken care of until a gentlemen came around. We gave him the coupon and he put it in the computer and he confirmed that everything my youngest got done would be 50% off. When Rosa was practically done one of the ladies in the front, she had black hair, darted toward us out of no where and started declaring that the coupon we got was only for 21 years and older ( we were not told this when we first

I was super hesitant to try a new hair place - but will *definitely* be coming back to see Jess Steele. She’s the BEST! The word i would use to describe her is vibrant - she’s very warm and personable from the moment you walk in the door, and is super smart and knowledgeable about a plethora of topics that we chatted about through our, nearly, 3 hour appointment. She did a balayages for me and did a great job deciding where to put the high and low lights based off the photo I showed her of what I was looking for - but I also just left it up to her to be creative and do her thing. She put so much care and attention to detail into the style and clearly enjoys the artistry of the job. I can’t say enough good things! :)

Jess has been doing my cut and color for years. My hair is thick and very time consuming and Jess is both pleasant and patient with me. I have always been happy with the end result!
