Worst experience of my life!!! I’m from out of town and was in a pinch, so popped into here for a quick polish change. Zero customer service, I left with bubbles in my gel polish and my nails uneven and jagged, the light was burning and I let the nail tech know multiple times and she kept telling me it was normal and to put them back in as she kept going back to watch her show on the phone and regularly pause so she didn’t miss what was happening in the episode. I get this is a nail shop in Wal-Mart, but I really didn’t expect it to be that bad. Drive the extra few minutes and go somewhere else. The photo is hours later. There were creases in the nails and it already has started peeling.

Let me just say this place left me utterly disappointed. I came here to get my daughter's nails done. They couldn't do a simple checker design. I had to fix them as soon as we got home after telling her several times it wasn't right. They also cut my daughter's finger with the file. To add as my daughter is getting her nails done in watching people come in for appointments and wait for an hour or more. They left an older lady sitting in pedicure water for the duration of my daughter's entire appointment. Come here if you would like to be disappointed.

I am beyond livid. I paid $110 for me and my friend to get our nails done and they made it look like absolute crap. The first picture is what the nails were supposed to look like and the second and third picture are what our nails look like they’re crooked chunky my thumbs are two different sizes. They cut our fingers multiple times… 10 out of 10. Don’t recommend going here.

Over been going here for years. I always ask for Tammy. She's a quick perfectionist. I've never been disappointed at all .
