Hana, their newest nail tech was so wonderful, kind and patient with me. She also did a great job on my nails and delivered exactly what I asked for.

I get my nails done every two weeks with Mimi & will NEVER go anywhere else. Great designs, super gentle & they treat you like family!

Never again. Was looking forward to a relaxing visit. He kept jerking on my big toe: 3x I cried out ”ow”. Then he was about start polishing when I pointed our loos skin hanging by my toe. No relaxing massage! Hot towel hadn’t even cooled and he was taking it off. From start to finish was less than 25 min. And they weren’t even busy. 😔 Went back today; first time in quite a while. I requested a female today and she did a much nicer job. I will start going back to them again.

I feel like if I tell the truth about how absolutely fantastic this salon is I will be spilling a best kept secret! And I want to keep Mimi all to myself as she is, hands down, the best I have EVER HAD do my nails. Seriously. The best.

Worst mani pedi experience ever! My mistake was that I was in Walmart and decided to walk in. The assigned man manicurist had no clue what he was doing: instead of square, my toe nails ended up in a semi round shape and instead of almond, as requested and even shown, he cut my nails square. No cuticle cleaning. He even stoped half way through doing my nails and asked if I could pay for the service at that point?! Another coworker had to take over and tried to fix whatever could be salvaged…
