really going downhill...bought for years and tried to build relationships but management/the corporate entity itself values no customer or relations. Staff can be extremely rude when calling in and good luck trying to get a status update or anyone to go above and beyond...you will get the bare minimum, if you are lucky. Good employees leave eventually. Sad to see it but I dont think this is a reliable and fast option, there are companies that will do more to really support you and your operation when you need it. And hopefully you will be more than just a buck or a transaction. Also to note, our drivers have been made to wait, forced to leave for no reason, and parts are literally just sitting there. $250 AOG fee and you dont get any fast service, it is just another add-on fee for the same

I called several time to get some feedback about my Order 940259, for 45 minutes and they kept hanging up on me; really to a bad experience. Need to have a more professional staff that is willing to go beyond your customers expectations; really poor service

They tell you to wait in line, but they give your turn to some guy. Receiving lies to you, tells you he got there before you and is just waiting at the truck stop. The driver in the picture got there 10 minutes ago and they gave him his turn, and I've been waiting in line for 3 hours. There's no truth to that.

Has to be one of the WORST companies to transact with. Our company has been buying from them for almost 10 years and non stop issues all the time. Finally writing a review based on my recent experience. Sent a PO and company can take days to get you ppwk. Surprise you get them everything and still nothing ships. Then finally they say there is a LT on the part located in FL. After having a PO open for over 3+ days to find out on Friday it's not going to ship for another 2+ days (Due to consignment). Ridiculous operations and management. I don't understand how a company can operate like this. If you have a choice to buy your consumable somewhere else, I highly recommend buying elsewhere. It takes weeks to get an order going. The Hispanic staff is very unprofessional. The whole organization is very unorganized. Do not order from here. You have been warned.
