I had a very disappointing experience at this salon today. I called ahead to confirm If i could come in and was told it was fine. When I arrived a few minutes later, I was unexpectedly asked if I could come back tomorrow. I explained that I had already confirmed by phone, and they eventually accommodated me and my boyfriend’s daughter for a mani-pedi. There seemed to be confusion about my booking, and I could sense that the nail technician assigned to me was upset. I want to be clear — I’m not offended when staff speak their own language. That’s completely fine. What upset me was the way my hands were handled. It felt rough and tense, and I didn’t feel properly cared for. Very kind and was a very good listener, she did all the things i asked for and they made a solution for the files being to sharp, I will be going here from now on and will be asking for Tina which is who helped me, she's great!

Horrible customer service, poor quality, I wish there was a negative star. Very rude and unprofessional. This is unfortunately the only nail salon in Coolidge and they know it. An older non English speaking man did my nails, it was sloppy and very poorly done. I stated I did not like the them. He walked away no one came to fix, younger Asian man starts aggressively yelling at me saying they will not fix my nails. I have used them in the past the service has never been “tip worthy” average at best. This was unacceptable and then to be spoken to like that by some “kid” is rude and disrespectful. I would rather drive 30 minutes away to get professional service. Horrible service, unclean establishment, rude owners/ employees. I can not wait until someone, ANYONE opens up a salon in Coolidge
