I love Ashley! She is soo knowledgeable. I tell her what parts are giving me problems and she just works her magic. The hot stones felt sooo good on my tight muscles. I just feel so relaxed after a session with her. I can tell that what she does is working because my leg isn't swelling up like it used to. My muscles aren't as tight as they used to be and my motion is improving too and I've only had 4 sessions with her so far. I can't wait to see how my body reacts the next time I go.
