Heather has been my stylist from the very beginning, and she is truly exceptional. She is professional, incredibly experienced, and most importantly, she genuinely listens. Heather takes the time to understand exactly what I want and consistently delivers results that exceed my expectations. Darby James is my go-to for a full pampering day. I love that I can get my hair colored and, while it’s processing, also enjoy a chair massage plus eyebrow tinting and waxing—all in one visit. Dylan and Athena are fantastic, Heather is amazing with color, and Kristie at the front desk always greets you with a smile. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience getting a facial at Darby James! The atmosphere was relaxing, the space was clean and calming, and Brandee there esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. She also took the time to explain what products would work best for my skin type without being pushy. Highly recommend if you're looking to treat yourself or improve your skincare routine!
