Twice, they forgot to add acrylic tips to my nails, wasting a lot of time after I repeatedly asked for reassurance that they would add length. I come in and people look at me with rude looks and blank stares like I have two heads. Won’t be back. Please listen to people instead of telling them they didn’t speak. Thank God my friend was with my this last time to verify that I indeed asked for length.

I came in for a regular manicure on Christmas Eve. Julie was my tech name, she was actually really sweet, which is why I am giving it 2 stars vs 1. I got clear nail polish color; just needed my nails cleaned. I should have known; that it wasn’t going to go well when I noticed the technician (female) using the same clear nail polish for base & top coat. I even brought it up to her attention; & she stated that the only reason they would use a different base and a top is when doing a gel manicure. I know my nails wouldn’t last me. I actually owned a base + top coat; showed have brought it with me. I guess in these salons they really use cheap products and /or don’t want to invest in good products. In less than 24 hours; look at my nails. $22 + time wasted. Never again. I can’t even make th

The were very busy today when I went in but they called me to get my full set and my nail tech she was very lovely, sweet and easy to talk. But most importantly she did a wonderful job on my nails. She was fast & efficient, very precise and skilled. I had a great experience and will definitely be back for her again 😍

Always have good experiences. My nails always look amazing and they will do designs if you ask! Also, they've never been rude to me. They do a great job and really pay attention to what you want !! 😍
