Hello I’am DRay. I have been associated with Dahmel for more than 10 years. She has always been professional, talented and artistic. She has always done dynamic for me. No doubt one of if not the best hair raider in the Houston area .

Dee Dee is the best. I'm VERY tender headed, I don't feel a thing. The end results are always MAGICAL. She does EXCELLENT work.

My girlfriend came to get her hair braided at this salon and she was not happy with her experience at all. First off, the lady I think her name is Dede has got to be one of the most unprofessional person in the entire universe. My girlfriend came for her appointment and she was doing someone else’s hair. She made her wait an hr and 45 minutes and then did a horrible job. The lady who finishes the ends of the braids is sooooo slow and talks on the phone the entire time when she should be focusing on finishing and not having the clients be there for a long period of time. No one has time for that honestly, she was trying to be in and out. All I can say is book at your own risk and my girlfriend WILL NOT be coming back here.

I have been wearing my hair in freestyle braids since 2008. I have been a patron of Damel's since I started wearing my hair in braids back in 2008. I love their work. They also specialize in sew ins, box braids, goddess braids, kinky twist and so much more. Of course most of these styles require time, so do not look to get in and out. Highly recommended.

Zero ⭐️.. Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The owner is extremely rude. First the lady wasn’t on time. My appointment was at 5 she started at 6 had me siting for an hour. When I finally got to the chair she was on the phone for the whole time super loud in my ear no common courtesy at all. She refused to listen to my request claimed she had another client after me that she didn’t have time I said no problem. Half way through my hair she notice I didn’t have a mask and ask me if I had one . I didn’t have one I asked her why did she wait so long to ask if I had a mask. She got upset and said she didn’t have to finish my hair. She let me walk out the shop with my hair half done . At your on risk oooo
