Usually going to a new salon gives me a lot of anxiety, but my experience with Damarys was fantastic at first contact. I loved that I was able to text for an appointment, and talk about how I was able to talk about what I wanted for my nails before my appointment. Jenny did such an amazing job on my nails. Her attention to detail at every step was incredible, she shaped the tips to best fit my nails (unlike every other place I’ve been to that uses whatever tip is closest), and was so through making sure the acrylics were perfect. She also worked a miracle on my torn up cuticles. I’m obsessed with the hand painted designs she did. I had some inspiration pictures, but gave her creative freedom and she did not disappoint at all. I made an appointment for a regular pedi with acrylic. I have the text confirming it. However, when I got to the salon they said they didn’t have that in their system. Once the registration lady went and checked she did say it but instead of HONORING my confirmed appointment told me she could not do it because they didn’t have time. What about the customers time and inconvenience? I drove thirty minutes to make it to this appointment. Not to mention parking was terrible!
