Me and my mom absolutely love this salon. And ladies there are so kind and nice 😊.

My experience with D'Amaly salon was just awful.. first off this was my first time ever getting my hair dyed .. my appointment was an early appointment.. I was there 10 min before my appointment, they told me to wait that the lady was on her way to the salon.. so I waited.. 1 hour goes by 30 minutes go by and nothing .. other ladies started showing up bc they also had their appointments.. after waiting does 2 hours she arrived & she couldn't attend me bc she still had to do the others before me so total time I waited was 3hrs 30 minutes... I should've just left then but I stayed ... she attend me after.. RUSHED My hair while doing my hair she was doing another ladies hair 😭😭 Terrible experience for my first time .. never again ..
