I went in looking for a matte finish dip and a pedi. I could tell the tech was struggling, and the first three pictures were the result. Messy, bulky, and droopy. They gave me a discount and welcomed me to come back, which I did the next day. The next 3 pictures are when they filed them down a ton, and I decided to not opt for matte because I was a little scared to have them try it again. Giving 3 stars bc despite the fact they messed up, they owned it…gave me a discount, and fixed it. Not sure if I’ll be back, but they definitely have my respect.

1st time here and absolutely love it. My husband received a pedicure and I received a fill in it was amazing. Very clean and very welcoming. Du was amazing he knew what I wanted and he delivered. A friend and I went here this morning for pedicures. I will start by saying the place appeared clean, the staff seemed pleasant and the massage chairs are lovely. Also I truly try not to complain because I know im overly picky at times partially because I myself am in the business. However, I found quite a few reasons why I won't be returning. First, the massage was quite mediocre. My shins we're aggressively dug into and my toes were "popped" (whatever technique that is) but the bottom of feet were not slightly touched. Second, the polish job is complete trash. Thin spots everywhere, flooded cuticle and sidewalks. But the biggest red flag.... the infamous metal file, aka the cheese grater. They are illegal and have been band for years!!! Do better!

My daughter and I had a good experience. We came in looking to get some holiday nails and I really love how they turned out. I wanted my tips short and almond shaped and he delivered. Love my daughters as well
