We wanted to try the chair at LA auto show but the person working there Rodrigo malabunga didn’t allow us to try. He asked to wait for 30 minutes in spite of no one being there and later said they are in break for another 30 minutes. He gave his business card with audacity and asked me to complain to headquarters if I wanted to. This occurred at Los Angeles convention center auto show at 7 pm on 11/22. Why would the company do this if they don’t want customers to try.
