We have leased retail office space since the Fall of 2007. The management group have been the same, and have provided First Class services during my tenancy. The common area upkeep is second to none and the leasing agents are sensitive to the needs of their lessees.

After just having a surgery in the building and waiting in the lobby with a friend who accompanied me to take me home. A group of men came in, dressed in suits and not uniforms, did not introduce themselves and immediately ordered to “Get off the coffee table and do you cannot eat in here”. There was only one available seat which my friend occupied and I chose to sit at the edge of what they call a “coffee table” because it would be easier to raise from that position when leaving. I found this ironic because why would there be a coffee table in and yet people cannot eat there. My friend brought snacks and Gatorade after the surgery in case I was dehydrated or had low blood sugar levels. We have been tenants at Dadeland Centre One since 2014. The management is very responsive to our needs and concerns. We love the place!!!

Our business is extremely happy here. The building is maintained well and the staff is always very professional.
