I had an amazing experience getting knotless braids done here! W/Indacia First of all, THE PARTS!! were so Clean and Precise. you can really tell she takes pride in her work. My braids came out flawless, lightweight, and super neat. I received so many compliments. The shop itself had a calm, welcoming vibe. Everything was clean, organized, and smelled fresh — which made the experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, the customer service was top-tier. She was professional, on time, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. From start to finish, I felt like a valued client.
