Da-Vi Nails

I was desperate and should have known better. The person that took care of me was not too communicative as she was on the phone the entire time. I was conversing with y childhood friend as we went together to get out nails done prior to my 60th birthday party. I asked her to thin out my nails as they looked like toe nails. They were super thick!!!!!!! She did not understand it at least made it seem that way. She told me that out was my fault because I was talking to new friend.i did mention to her that she was on the phone and did not understand me. Conclusion….. My nails are horrible!!!!!!!! Thick and long and chipped already and where she filled it down the polish is off!!!!!! I called the rude owner and she told e that I’d have to pay off I was going to make alterations. How dare her!!!

I went to HQ Nails where I’ve been going to forever as I WAS DESPERATE FOR MY 60th Country Birthday Bash and my prior post shows WHAT A HORRIBLE JOB TO FIX MY NAILS AS THE OWNER SAID I’D HAVE TO PAY for HER TO FIX THE HORRIFIC JOB THEY DID AND LOOK AT THE JOB AFTER MY NAIL LADY BRENDA TRIED TO FIX. BRENDA SAYS THAT SHE EVEN USED MISS MATCHED NAILS DURING A BRAND NEW SET AND LOOK HOW THEY LOOK. Listen to me DON’T GO!!!!!!!! IF IT WASN’T TO TIME CONSUMING ID STAND IN FROM AND BEG PEOPLE NOT TO GO THERE! BAD BUSINESS AND HOW DARE THE OWNER SAY THAT SHE WAS GOING TO CHARGE!!!! So I just walked in here to get one nail fixed and the color changed on my nails because I didn’t particularly care for it first off when I walked up the girl look like she was irritated because she had just started eating. Only thing I asked her was how much for this or how much for that There was even another lady sitting in her chair with no one. Do you think that she would’ve said you’re eating my friend? Let me take this client they didn’t. They just kind of rolled their eyes. I asked them to fix one nail for me I had a feeling last week so it’s not even a week old one of mine one of my nails broke and I asked them to fix it willing to pay because she didn’t really care to do it. She then tells me it’s $30 for one nail to be fixed and the color change I said across the street is $10

My review is for the Walmart Ledgewood location. Everyone is friendly and my nail tech Loann is the best. I never wait when I have an appointment.
