Da-Vi Nails

Shame on this salon. I assisted a family member at this salon. Asked the price for a pedicure. I was told $45 for a gel pedi. I then told the manicurist, no, just a regular pedicure which they said was $30. So I agreed as did my family member. I assisted her to the chair ans she is 82 and is disabled. I then and left for a little bit. I came back and they had charged my family $45 for a gel. This salon is only there to sell you more. They said they asked her and she wanted a gel. First why did they ask again. And my family has no idea what a gel is She is a little confused at times. They asked her after I left and convinced her it was better. Shame on them. This was truly the worst experience my family and I have ever had at a salon. My mother, sister, and I went in hoping to treat ourselves to full sets and pedicures for a relaxing day together, but we left feeling upset, embarrassed, and incredibly disappointed. We waited an hour and 15 minutes to be seated at the pedicure chairs, which we didn’t mind because it was busy, and we were just happy to spend time together. Unfortunately, things went downhill once we were seated. The pedicures were rushed and careless—our cuticles weren’t cleaned or touched, the polish was sloppy and flooded our cuticles, and the nails weren’t even fully covered. On top of that, the promised callus removal and scrub (included in the pedicure we paid for) were skipped entirely. It was so disheartening to see such

Worst service in a nail salon my girl has ever received. Nail techs were more focused on upselling than on the service you actually want. Removal was priced at $15, charged $27. Apparently a “card fee and filing” almost doubles the price. Didn’t use a dremel, just pried the nails off. Nails don’t even feel like they’ve been filed, you can still see where the fake nails were on her real nails, more as if someone bit them off. Cut the nails crooked, and the whole time tried to offer several other services in the most pushy manner I have ever encountered. Doing your nails at home would turn out better than this place. If I could leave a 0/5 I would.

Really good did a pink acrylic set on me for only 26 dollars and nice people you should go there and check it out

My first time getting my nails done. I showed a picture of the nails I wanted and the Nail tech did an absolutely amazing job! 100% recommend. 100% happy with my service.
