Made my hair fall out and smell like eggs. Fyi I read another commenter said the owner tried to deny that she did her daughter’s hair, the SAME thing happened to me as well, but I also took a picture in her chair. I was gaslit and told no chemicals were used but my hair fell out in clumps and it was very traumatic. It took over 2 years for my hair to grow back and I’m just writing this review now because I’ve gotten over it. I was told that it was the excessive heat that ruined my hair but was not comped for the service or treated with love when I came back for an explanation. In fact I was yelled at and told not to speak to other customers about what was done to my hair.

I was on vacation and Patricia colored my hair beautifully with the help of lovely Marcela! Turned out gorgeous and was very affordable. Very nice women!

Been coming to Patricia since I was 15. Took a break but it’s always a great customer service when I come. And doesn’t take long like other salons 8 hours lol

This place is discussing. Whole family got lice and scabies. So dirty up in there. Had nails done too and got a fungus.

I brought my daughter in for her first silk press and was pleased that I did. D’Patrcia was amazing and my daughter was very happy :)
