D Nails Spa

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I recently called to schedule a color change with my normal nail tech however she was fully booked, I was told there are others who would be able to change the color. I rolled the dice and I am regretting my decision. After my color was changed I proceeded to check out, where I was presented a $30.00 bill. Yes you read that right $30.00 TO CHANGE MY COLOR! I questioned the charge because my full set fill is $40.00… $30 to change a color when last week it was $10?!? Yes I am confused as well. As I was leaving I looked at my nails one last time, one hand was done correctly while the other is a disaster. In the interest children being in the salon, I chose to not make a scene and not even pursue having them fixed. Let the pictures speak for themsel

Sunday 11/3025 I was able to walk-in without an appointment and nicely greeted. That's where the good experience ended. I choose the middle pedicure service. He rushed through the service, over cut and left many of my nails cut sideways, polish was all over my cuticles. Most of my nails were rough from not being filed, so basically I had to come home and finish the pedicure and I'll need to paint my toenails today before leaving on vacation *Not my hometown but I'm here monthly. I wanted to get established with a nail salon locally. I needed a pedicure before a vacation. *I get pedicures monthly. ***For perspective. IE my feet are in good shape, so this should have been a pamper me and paint my toes treatment. Not a $48 I feel cheated and full of regret, of all times you want pretty toenai

I’m not usually A person to give a bad review, but I’m actually disappointed. I’ve never gotten nails that I did not like but this time it was actually pretty insane. My fill which usually takes 20 minutes took Over an hour and my nails look like crap now there’s places missing Polish. They’re super bulky and thick And just genuinely don’t look good……. Most definitely not worth $45……..

I was concerned about coming here after reading the recent reviews. I must say that if you don’t know exactly what you want, they might feel a little bit rushy. But overall my nails turned out very pretty, they look very natural which is exactly what I wanted.

I've been coming to this nail salon on and off for years—first as a student and now as a working professional—and they’ve always delivered great service! My most recent visit was a few weeks ago, and I got a full set of acrylics, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. The nails I got this time are hands down my favorite set so far! I went with a pink-and-white ombré in an almond/stiletto shape, with sparkles and gold flakes—so pretty, I’m definitely getting them again! Prices have gone up a bit over the years (like most places), but they’re still very reasonable compared to other salons in the area. Overall, always a relaxing and professional experience.
