Staff was pleasant. Pedicure was GREAT for the price of $60 with gel, but my issue is the fill. Not only did I show a photo (attached) but also a video of the process for the gold squiggles. She struggled, understandable as that’s why I’m here paying them instead of attempting it myself. She then insisted on using a gold glitter gel. I told her I didn’t like it, it was too chunky of glitter and not the smooth “chrome” effect. She insisted. I told her 4 times I did not like it, she still finished both hands. She asked “you don’t like?” I said “no. It’s fine it’s done now” so here I sit until my next fill with these…not the worst. Not bad work. This is by far my favorite nail salon in the Bonney Lake area! Two weeks ago I came in and got acrylic nails done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My nail tech was Tony, and let me tell you he knows what he’s doing! His work is very detailed and consistent! I came back today to get a fill, and once again I was delighted by the results! The maroon nails were the first set and the pink were the filled ones.

I came in today and after I left j noticed that there were quite a few issues with my nails, so I called to see what could be done. I called and explained what happened and was promised a refund when I came back in about 30 minutes. I go back, and they tell me u cannot get a refund and that they could not do anything. Then I asked for the manager and was told that they were in Las Vegas, so I asked for the phone number, got the phone number with no answer so I left a voicemail. Then I asked if I could at least get the shellac removed and was told no and that the manager would now be back at the store at 1 PM tomorrow, when originally they did not know when they were going to be back. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! The owner is amazing, she has been doing my daughter and my nails for many years now. Such a great place to make your every other week home. Amazing people work here and you truly love the work they do. You will always love your nails when you go home. ♡

I wanted a full set of christmas themed acrylics and gave my tech (name unknown) an inspiration picture for reference and she did amazing! She put in so much time and effort into recreating the look for me and even when she couldn't find a type of glitter i needed, she kept trying until I was happy (Near 2 hours long) and thats more effort than ive seen in all my years of getting acrylics. Shes very talented and cares a lot about her work. Definitely recommend.
