D & C Barber Shop #4

I’ve been going to this barbershop for a few years now and I will no longer be going because a lot of the barbers assume the Black clients that patronize their business don’t “appear” to speak or understand Spanish fluently. They will continue to find themselves losing business when the barbers decide to badmouth a customer sitting in their chair they don’t assume speak the language. A word of advice: if you have customers from different walks of life, you respect them equally. There’s nothing wrong with the ‘barbershop talk,’ but talking about customers sitting in your chair and patronizing your business regularly is disgusting behavior. Joel is a pro barber, no wait in & out quick!

I asked for a haircut. Was offered a shave and declined. After haircut barber said he could use elec. Razor real quick and touch up eye brows. Didn't tell me this was additional cost. He knew what he was doing with all the add-on sales. Not worth 30 bucks for the 20 minutes it took. He should have told me. I won't be back.

Been going this barbershop for about 4 years. I was amazed how professional and clean it was. The barbers were really talented but, sad to say its going down. They have become very unprofessional and are never on time. Today was my worst experience ever. Got there at 8:15 am along with two other customers. The shop didnt open until almost 10. By that that time its nearly 30 people waiting. So what happens when they open the door, people rush in and started claiming spots. it was terrible. I told the barber i was there first and he just through his hands up. If they would be to work on time they would know who arrived first. Im not sure if the owner knows or cares how his establishment is being ran but its not going to last long the way there running it now. Please go back to the way you a

This place is unprofessional, The people that work there are never on time. This is a predominately Hispanic barbershop, I believe that they are prejudice to Black People to some degree from my own personal experience, very rude attitudes and they waste time talking more with each other then doing there actual job. You should feel welcomed and comfortable going to a barbershop. Never going back again, there’s many better places to go in Orlando. Oh and they will (up charge) you for no reason. I would honestly give zero stars but I don’t have that option.
