AM HERE NOW, I JUST ARRIVED AT 10:41 AND ITS 12:35NOW ..ALMOST 2HR, I TRIED TO CALL AND TEXT WITH THREE(3) PHONE NUMBER FROM THERE ADDRESS ..BUT STILL NO ONE IS HERE NO WAY TO GO TO 7335 2ND FLOOR...REALLY SHAME!😭🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
The people is lying. The store is not open.
The massuse left the room when she was in process of the message most have had more clients than me at the given time Cozy Inc is a great place I reached out to Cozy to give me an addtional 10 minutes next time I would return. If they gave me a message for the 10 minutes that I lost I would love to return Cozy Manage reached out to me and said when I have another message to notify them and they would compensate for the previous problem iI have not returned. they want me to arrive at 10 am. Which I said was too early. I will not return
Bad experience. $60 for 1/2 hr plus tip. Went there and they kept me waiting over hour. They kept me waiting for shower for "water to get hot", then kept me waiting for massage therapist to "clean shower". What they were really doing was trying to juggle multiple clients at same time, instead of them being honest. After over hour, got my money back and went to TK around corner.
Awesome service, very professional & clean. Accommodating as well!
