I had a wonderful experience at this CVS location. I don’t typically review stores like this, but I felt that a staff member there deserved a shoutout. William was above & beyond, helpful & kind! I had to print certificates for a course I was teaching in the area. He really made the process smooth and he was determined make sure I was happy! Thank you William!!

They just told me that they're only filling antibiotics prescriptions for the flu tonight. But antibiotics don't do ANYTHING for the flu - it's viral, not bacterial. I pointed out that the prescription I'm picking up is for flu - or rather the severe cough it's giving my daughter. They asked if I could pick it up tomorrow. I pointed out that if I did, my daughter probably won't sleep. They then said that I could wait and it would probably be ready in about 30 minutes, which is fine. They're clearly and understandably overwhelmed. And the lady I spoke to was very polite. But it's concerning to me when a pharmacy says they're only filling antibiotics prescriptions for the flu. If they fill ANY antibiotics prescriptions for the flu, that's concerning.

Today Joseph at the pharmacy consult window helped me out with my paxlovid purchase. He was patient and showed me how to get a discount coupon. Original price way over 100, and with the discount it was completely free. I don’t know if this would be the same for everyone, so don’t go getting mad at joseph or any other employee if your coupon is different. Point being, I could not get the coupon to work, but he was on a mission to make sure I got the coupon/discount. He truly care for his patient/customer and that says a lot about a person. Thank you Joseph.

The Represenative at the counter was courteous and very helpful with my transaction and was a speedy checkout. This sales Represenative even greeted people in and out of the store which was good to know. This makes it a friendly environment to come too. I wish all stores had representatives like this everywhere. I will be coming back for sure.

Excellent service, very cordial, great store for your everyday needs event if it's a holiday, you will always find them open, very friendly staff compared to Walmart and Walgreens pharmacies.
