CVS

New phone system is awful, can’t get through to a real person & have to leave a message about needing my son’s lifesaving medication filled. 3 days of phone tag and I haven’t been able to get him his epi pen

Just have to love when "progress" makes things more difficult for the customers. It started with noone being at the front counter to check you out, forcing you to use self checkout. Next up, pharmacy resources no longer answer the phone, I have had to leave a voicemail for call back lately. And finally, the new POS system seemed great, until they make you sign in yourself to pick up prescriptions. And, they just walk away while you're entering this information on basically a tablet. They know many of us are mandated to use CVS by our pharmacy "benefit managers" so they no longer care about the customer. Do better for your customers CVS.

I don't know what the disconnect is with the automated system. They are constantly asking you if you want to "auto refill" your prescriptions so you do, but you don't get a call. So you go in to check and find out it hasn't even been "ordered" yet..And if your doctor's office needs to renew the script they wont contact you to tell you that, you just have to find out on your own when you have no meds. I just don't get it. Everyone at this location has been nice enough, but CVS has some real issues.

For the Supervisor July 26th 2025,, she is very disrespectful,, took my ID and put my information in the computer without my permission.. She said cvs was asking for my information whixh is false.. i go to all kinds of cvs's,, i told her i had a cvs card and did not want to use it, i was just adding money to my checking account.. She needs to stop doung illegal things, and stop lieing to the customers,, she's dark hair with glasses... tell her to stop telling lies .., and stop doing illegal stuff

I drive from Chillicothe to this CVS because I can't stand my local one. They're been very helpful in situations where the other pharmacy was not. Personally, they've always treated me with compassion and I don't feel judged for my medication. My only gripe is the operating hours. Saturday and Sunday is a big day in retail. and I feel if anything they should be open even later on the weekends, not closing early.
