This is D.J. Rose. My daughter, Brittany Bring, showed me how to post this....thus the reason why her name came up. I made an apt. w/ Shelly, the owner. I explained to her exactly what I wanted...an all over color w/ a few peek a boo colors underneath. Thank God I didn't need a cut because the color job was done so badly!!! When I arrived, Shelly immediately put me in the shampoo bowl. I have NEVER had my hair washed prior to getting a color. Then...the entire time, the phone rang. Instead of letting it go to vm, returning calls while my color set....she would answer the calls. Then...she showed me my color options, i have not seen a color chart like hers in 20 years!!! My black, all over color, came out dull n dingy. And u couldn't even see the color underneath...AT ALL!!! When I told her

Sigh I had a lovely time getting the worst haircut I ever had..ugh I have an important trip..and just feel scammed what a mess.i cant believe i just paid so much for an uneven cut...very disappointed 😔

Charged $35 for trimming the ends of my hair. No shampoo specialty cut or blow dry and style. My response to below: I don't know how it felt clean when I hadn't washed it for 4 days. You also started cutting it before I told you what I wanted. You were rude and impatient when I was trying to find the point of reference of where I wanted cut. I was trying to explain to you that I'm anxious about a new person cutting it because of multiple bad experiences. You should have let me sit in front of the mirror first and explain what I wanted before getting my hair wet. I went into freeze mode when you just started cutting without direction even though I told you what I wanted done over the phone. You weren't in a rush. Your person canceled and there was no one in the salon. I should of said all
