My stylist Haley did a phenomenal job. Such a kind and lovely woman. Told her what I wanted she did it and then asked if I wanted it anything else done, told her to do her magic and it came out great. Highly recommend the store and Haley.

In Hornell for 4th of July weekend and needed a hair cut. Haley at Cutting Crew gave me the best hair cut I've had in years. Usually my cutters struggle with my many cowlicks but she was perfect. Place is clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. I got my eyebrows waxed and came back with my skin ripped off. When I returned to get a refund I was met with unprofessional responses that it was an allergic reaction to honey. This is not the case. My skin is missing. They refused to apologize for their mistakes.This is unacceptable.

I will never come back she curled my arm the worst way and gave her 10 dollar tip she burned my forehead never said anything 58 dollars will make sure no one goes there and I was told by my Hair dresser I shouldn't of paid i would like my money back
