Cutting Crew Hair Salon Dansville

Was in a few days ago as I was in dire need of a haircut; made an appointment with Chloe who was able to get started on me a few minutes before my set time. Took off 3-4 inches, and it looks so much better! Also really enjoyed the vibe made by the LEGO botanicals

Worst salon to exist in Dansville. Manager is completely rude and unprofessional did not even greet me when I walked in, did not ask if I was there for an appointment just watched me walk in and take a seat while I waited for someone who cared to assist me. Awful haircut, and color. Will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this salon at all. Oh and the salon was disgusting, hair from the entry way all the way back to the shampoo station, which also looked like had not been cleaned in over a year.

i called the salon and spoke to the manager after my sister had a bad dye job done. when i tried to explain to the manager what happened i was met with hostile and dismissive responses. when i asked why she didnt oversee the hair stylist who was still learning while doing the balayage, i was met with "i have a life and kids". when i told the manager that my sister overheard the stylist tell the manager she had only done a balayage once, on her friend, the manager dismissed my worry and met me with an accusation of speaking down on her stylists. not only this but the manager made a comment about my sisters father saying "if i was with my 14 year old at a salon i would never just drop them off" mind you her father stayed till she was okay and she felt comfortable. the comments that were mad

Stopped in today for a haircut and as soon as we walked in, the staff's faces seemed so annoyed we were there. It was a four hour wait time. Only one lady was cutting hair, the other stood at the desk. We were there for one person to get just a normal hair cut. 10/10 will NOT be returning. Driving the extra distance to Great Clips from now on

If I could leave no stars I would after the weekend. Walked in at 410 pm the worker was working on someone and said she would do my boyfriend's hair cut when she was done with the gentlemen. 420pm she was done with him and then took 15 min to take her time and clean up the station, came over to us and asked can you come back next week at 435pm, because they closed at 5pm and she needed to clean the whole salon. yes you close at 5pm. Did not know a mens short hair cut took more then 25 minutes to do and if you are the only one there how much "cleaning" needs to be done. At that point he stood up and said to her that if she didnt want to cut his hair to just say so and we left.
