Cuts By US

To know me is to know how much I love my hair. I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for years, which makes today even more heartbreaking. My hair was down to my waist, and I specifically asked for it to be cut one to two inches past my shoulders. That is not what was done. I walked out in tears. I feel like my hair was cut far shorter than discussed, and it honestly feels like someone else’s frustration was taken out on something that meant a lot to me. I have to clock in to work feeling this way, and I can’t even put my hair into a ponytail or claw clip. I don’t feel beautiful at all, and that’s not how anyone should leave a salon. This experience was extremely upsetting, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Have been going to Yolanda for a while now. I always get a cut and color. She does a great job. Always does a great job. Everyone here is super friendly. Highly recommend Yolanda. She is great!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! My daughter had long straight hair and wanted to get a wolf cut, but still keep her long hair. We had a picture of the cut she wanted. I don't know the stylist's name, but she was at the far left booth by the hair dryers, and kind of older. When she asked what my daughter wanted, we showed her a picture of the cut. The lady got very rude and insisted that my daughters hair was too straight and long and it would not work, and was almost seeming to get mad at my daughter for wanting the haircut. Mind you, my daughter is only 12. She almost had her in tears. My daughter, not wanting to cause any trouble, said she'd just get a trim then. She made her stand up while trimming her hair, and kept telling my daughter she needed to stand still, even though she

Today I was at Cuts by us for my regular color appointment. Yolanda has been my stylist for over 15 years and ALWAYS gives me excellent advice on my thin hair. I always walk out of Cuts By Us looking glamorous!

I was hopeful. I’ve taken my son there a few times. He’s on the spectrum so haircuts can be difficult. Two haircuts ago a new girl tried cutting his hair. One of the ladies, manager I believe, came over and finished the haircut and it looked great. This last time I got his haircut I got the “I believe manager” to cut his hair again. It looks horrible. I felt she didn’t care how his hair looked. Like she just wanted to hurry up and get us out. Basically it looks like someone still in cosmetology school cut his hair. I guess it’s now time for me to learn how to cut his hair. Waste of time and money coming to this place.
